Charlton House Stable Block Refurbishment A Grade II Listed building

The original building comprised of two wings with 2 storeys to either side with a single storey link. The two wings were refurbished entirely and an extension was constructed to the single storey link to incorporate this to both wings and to provide a central restaurant/function room. The new central link/restaurant had to be constructed under the directions of the Listed Buildings department, using sympathetic materials to match the original adjoining structure. The finished project provided them with their entire administrative operations centre and their exciting new Spa and recreational facilities for their clients.
